The recovery architecture uses:
- Next.js frontend for the Command Center web runtime.
- FastAPI backend for portfolio, discovery, maturity, ROI, architecture, roadmap, and Wardley APIs.
- Pre-seeded SQLite for the cost-to-zero demo deployment.
- Cloud Run services with minimum instances set to zero.
- Firebase Hosting rewrites for the runtime path.
